As you can imagine, running this service is very expensive and in a
recent update to our most used service (Firebase) it got expensive to a
point at which we had to decide whether we shut down the service or roll
with more traditional ways of financing something like this.
We decided to give showing ads a try and so far we are able to sustain
the service. Nevertheless we are always looking for better and less
intrusive opportunities to run this service for you, our dear creators
and aesthetes.
Dynamic Wallpaper Club is both a service to create and a platform to
share Dynamic Wallpapers and is completely free to use.
However, the amount of effort needed to maintain and develop new
features for the project and provide the hardware needed to process
these files is enormous.
Your donations directly support server costs, continued enhancements,
and most importantly, converts coffee to code.
